This is a continuation of the Read Your Way to Everest challenge that was outlined in Phase 2 of the expedition (Phase 2, Read Your Way).

During Phase 4, students should be striving to achieve their reading goals. As well, they should be researching and planning the Nepal Day celebration (Phase 3, Nepal Day celebration).

Activity Instructions:
1. Keep reading - you are almost at the top! Good luck.

2. Complete the research and planning for your Nepal Day celebrations.

3. If you reach your reading goal early, enjoy your Nepal Day celebrations.

4. Finish the challenge by writing:

a book report on your favorite book
a poem
a news story about what you have read and learned
a news story about Reading Your Way to Everest
a digital poster that depicts a scene or event in one of the books you have read

5. Check out Phase 5 for instructions on how to send your results and written work to the Everest 2000 team.
